ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE NEXT ANNUAL MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 9, 2024 AT 3 PM MDT

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Parking passes are required to park in the lot, up to 2 vehicles per condo

  • No parking for buses, RVs, snowmobiles, or large trailers 

  • Only owners and immediate family member's pets are allowed, a maximum of 2

  • Hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm, unless otherwise posted 

  • Indoor hot tubs are reserved for owners (as named on the property deed,) and owner’s immediate family members 

  • Only propane or electric grills allowed; no charcoal 

  • Personal property may not be kept in common areas 

  • Firewood must be stacked in the garage or balcony of a unit; no firewood in hallways 

  • Non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations may result in a $50 per day fine after notice of the infraction
